Create an Event - Video / 360
Step 1: Mode Settings
Select “Multifunctional Mode”. After making the selection, check the ” Video / 360 ” option below.
Step 2: Camera Type Settings
Make sure you are using a supported GoPro camera. We strongly recommend using GoPro 11. There are a few things you need to do before connecting your GoPro to your computer.
Computer:
Your computer must have “Location” services turned on.
Your computer must have “Bluetooth” services turned on.
Your computer must have “Two Wifi Adapters”. (If you are providing your internet via Ethernet cable, a single Wifi will be sufficient.)
GoPro:
Press the “Mode” button on your camera and turn on your GoPro.
On your camera screen, “swipe down > swipe left > Preferences”
Tap Wireless Connections > Connect Device.
We select “GoPro Quik App” to put your camera into pairing mode.
(If your camera is below 20% battery level and the Quik software is not up to date, you may encounter connection problems.)
The above explanation is for the GoPro 11 model. The interface may differ on different GoPro models.
After all these processes, in the "Camera Settings" section, we select "GoPro" from the "Select Camera" box. Our software will automatically scan your GoPro. After the scanning process, select your GoPro from the "Select Camera" box.
After selecting your GoPro from the “Select Camera” section, it will connect to your computer via Bluetooth and Wifi.
Once your GoPro is connected to your computer, this screen will appear. (Make sure your GoPro is connected to your computer via Bluetooth and Wifi. If not, connect manually.)
Step 3: Shooting Settings
Specify your video duration in the “Video Time” section in “Shooting Settings”.
Step 4: Slow Motion Settings
You can activate the “Slow Motion Settings” button and add a “Slow Motion” effect to your videos if you wish. Write the time interval you want to have Slow Motion in your video in the “Start and End” boxes.
Step 5: Music Settings
If you want to add music to your video, activate the "Music Settings" button. Then press the "Browse" button.
Then select your music and press the “Open” button.
(The music you add cannot be shorter than the video length!)
Step 6: Template Video Settings
The “Template Video Settings” section is the interface where we adjust the resolution settings of your video and use it to add digital frames and stickers.
In the “Output Size” section, you can determine the dimensions of your video. You can also evaluate the other options of 1280x1280, 1080x1920 or 1280x720.
If you want to add a frame, click on the “Add Image” section.
In this section, we select the horizontal or vertical frame you want to use and click "open".
If your frame does not fit after adding it, click on your frame once from the “Template Layers” section. Enter the “Output Size” measurements in the “Image Properties” section and make sure your frame fits the image perfectly.
After completing all these operations, click on the “Start the App” section.
When you enter the “Start the Apps” section, you will be greeted by this screen. Click the “Video” icon once.
Then, the video will be recorded for the duration you specified.
Shortly after your recording is finished, your video will appear on the screen. (The time for this may vary depending on your internet speed and the distance between your computer and GoPro.)
You can obtain it by scanning the “E-Mail or QR code” located on the right side.
To return to the recording screen, press the “DONE” icon.
When you click on the “Gallery” icon, you can access the videos you have previously shot.
