Configuring a Video/360

Updated this week

Video Tutorial

Mode Settings

We select the “Multifunctional Mode.” After making the selection, we mark the “Video/360” option from the list below.

Camera Settings

Make sure you are using a supported GoPro camera. We strongly recommend using the GoPro 11. Before connecting your GoPro to the computer, there are a few steps you need to complete.

Computer:

  • Ensure that Location Services are enabled on your computer.

  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer.

  • Your computer must have two Wi-Fi adapters. (If you are using an Ethernet cable for your internet connection, a single Wi-Fi adapter will be sufficient.)

GoPro:

  1. Press the “Mode” button on your camera to turn it on.

  2. On the camera screen, swipe down, then left, and tap Preferences.

  3. Go to Wireless Connections > Connect Device.

  4. To put your camera into pairing mode, select “GoPro Quik App.”

Note: If your camera battery level is below 20% or the GoPro Quik application is not up to date, you may experience connection issues.

The instructions above are for the GoPro 11 model. The interface may vary on different GoPro models.

After completing all these steps, go to the “Camera Settings” section and select “GoPro” from the “Select Camera” dropdown. The software will automatically scan for your GoPro. Once the scanning process is finished, select your GoPro device from the “Select Camera” dropdown list.

After selecting your GoPro from the “Select Camera” section, the camera will connect to your computer via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

After your GoPro is connected to your computer, this screen will appear.

(Make sure your GoPro is connected to your computer via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. If it does not connect automatically, please connect it manually.)

Shooting Settings

In the “Shooting Settings” section, specify your video duration under “Video Time.”

Slow Motion Settings

You can enable the “Slow Motion Settings” button to add a slow-motion effect to your videos.

To define the time range where the slow-motion effect should be applied, enter the desired time values into the “Start” and “End” fields.

Music Settings

If you want to add music to your video, enable the “Music Settings” button. Then click the “Browse” button.

Then select your music file and click “Open.”
(The added music cannot be shorter than the video duration!)

Video Template

The “Template Video Settings” section is the interface where you adjust your video resolution and add digital frames or stickers.

In the “Output Size” area, you can set the dimensions of your video. You may also choose other available options such as 1280x1280, 1080x1920, or 1280x720.

If you want to add a frame, click the “Add Image” button.

In this section, select the horizontal or vertical frame you want to use and click “Open.”

After adding your frame, if it does not fit perfectly on the image, click on your frame once in the “Template Layers” section. Then, in the “Image Properties” area, enter the “Output Size” values and ensure that the frame aligns correctly with the image.

Once all these steps are completed, click “Start the App.”

When you enter the “Start the Apps” section, this screen will appear. Click the “Video” icon once.

After that, the video recording will continue automatically for the duration you have set.

After your recording is completed, your video will appear on the screen shortly.
(The processing time may vary depending on your internet speed and the distance between your computer and the GoPro.)

On the right side, you can send your video via E-mail or download it by scanning the QR code.

To return to the recording screen, click the “DONE” icon.

When you click the “Gallery” icon, you can access the videos you previously recorded.
