AI Drawing refers to digital drawings or artworks created using artificial intelligence.
The AI generates a new image based on the prompt (description) or style direction provided by the user.
Event Management
Go to Event Management.
Enter your event name and click Create.
Main Settings
In the Main Settings section:
Prompt
Write a detailed and expressive prompt.
Think about:
The theme (futuristic city, dream-like landscape, mystical creatures, etc.)
The atmosphere (foggy, bright, dark, vibrant)
The style (Van Gogh, surrealism, cyberpunk, watercolor, etc.)
After entering your prompt:
If AI Prompt is enabled → AI will generate artwork using your drawing.
If AI Prompt is disabled → the drawing will be saved as a normal drawing without AI enhancement.
Data Collection
If enabled, users will be asked to enter their name and email before starting.
Useful if you want to collect email data during the event.
Set Video and Logo
Idle Video:
This video plays automatically on the screen when no drawing is being made.
Click the field once and select your video.
Loading Video:
This video appears while the AI is generating artwork (after pressing Generate AI).
Click and upload the loading video.
Logo:
You can display your brand logo on the top-left corner of the drawing screen.
Click the logo field and select your image.
Theme Settings
In this section, you can add or remove background images that users will draw on.
Sharing Settings
Choose how the artwork will be shared; Print or Email.
Using Email
Fill in the Mail Settings correctly.
Sender Email Address: Enter the email address you want to send from.
Sender Email Password: Enter the app password for this email (not your regular password).
By default, the system is built for Gmail.
If you want to use Hotmail, Outlook, Yandex, etc.:
Enter the correct SMTP Server and Port of your email provider.
For Gmail Users
You must generate a Google App Password:
Open your browser and go to the Google App Passwords page.
Generate a new app password.
Enter this password in Sender Email Password (not your Gmail login password).
With Gmail, you do not need to change the SMTP server or port.
Email Customization
Subject: Customize the email subject line.
Body: Edit the email message text.
After completing all fields:
Enter a test email address into Recipient Email Address,
Click Send Test Mail to confirm your settings are correct.
Using Print
Go to Printing Settings.
Select your printer from Printer Name.
If the printed image is cut off or misaligned, reduce the value in Print Scale.
Start The App
Click Start the App.
From the canvas:
Select your background image.
Click Start App to begin drawing.
Drawing Tools
Color: Choose your brush color.
Brush Type: Select different brush styles.
Stickers: Add stickers to the artwork.
Use the Undo/Redo arrows below the canvas to correct mistakes.
Generate AI
After finishing your drawing, click Generate AI.
Within seconds, the AI transforms your drawing into a polished artwork.
Sharing Options
Send Mail: Email the artwork.
Print: Print the final image.
QR Code: Users can instantly save the image to their device by scanning the QR code.
Click Close to return to the drawing screen and start a new artwork.
