Printer Troubleshooting

AI Photobooth Pro can print to any printer configured in Windows.

If you are experiencing printing issues, please try the following steps:

  1. Try printing from outside the software first.
    If printing works, go to the printer settings inside AI Photobooth Pro and make sure the same printer is selected.

  2. Be careful when changing USB ports.
    If you plug your printer’s USB cable into a different USB port, Windows may attempt to reinstall the printer. For consistent performance, we recommend always using the same USB port.

  3. Test with a different USB cable.

  4. If you are using a USB hub, make sure it is externally powered. A non-powered hub or a faulty cable can cause printing issues.

  5. If Windows has recently updated, you may need to remove and reinstall the printer.

  6. Ensure you have the latest printer driver downloaded from the manufacturer’s website.

  7. If the printer does not work with any application outside AI Photobooth Pro, then the issue is not related to the software. In this case, please contact the printer manufacturer for further support.
