Event Management
After logging into the software, we first need to create an event. Enter the event name and then click the Create an Event button.
Event settings
First, we select the mode we will use and then navigate to the Capture Options page.
Capture Options
On this page, you can configure all your camera settings. If you select Desktop Editing from the Select Camera section, you can work with existing photos on your device without connecting a camera. You can also select a camera connected to your device from the same section. Once a camera is selected, your live image will appear in the Live Preview section. You can take test photos to check the lighting conditions and your current camera settings.
When you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can adjust the camera angle. You can also configure the camera mirror settings and set the countdown time before the photo is taken.
Output Templates
When the page opens, you will see the default templates. You can use these templates if you wish, or, like I do, you can delete all of them and create a new template only for the mode you need.
Having multiple templates in this section requires selecting a template before taking a photo. If you are not using multiple AI modes or multiple frames/templates, this is not necessary. You can delete all templates and restore them quickly at any time.
Now, to create a template for AI FaceSwap, I click the +Add & Create button.
Even if you delete the templates, you can quickly add them again from this section. However, for now, we click the Create New button.
On the page that opens, you can name your templates if you plan to use more than one. If you will only use a single template, this is not necessary. I adjust the template size from the top-left section.
When I click the button next to it, multiple mode options will appear. I select AI FaceSwap and then click the Add Layer button.
I click the Add Layer button. Once the layer appears on the screen, I adjust its size and dimensions.
The template dimensions are shown at the bottom of the template. Therefore, I enter the dimensions as 1200 × 1800 from the left panel.
To add a frame on top of the image, we select Image from the top menu and then click the Add Layer button.
After the Image layer is added on top of the template, I click the Upload Image button on the left side. From here, you can upload either a frame or a logo.
After adding the logo or frame, I adjust its position and scale, then click the Save button.
After completing our template, we open the AI Assets page.
AI Assets
After opening the page, you will see many default images that can be used for FaceSwap. You may use these images or add new ones below them. You can create a new album, delete an existing album or all images within an album, and then add new images by clicking the Add Image button.
Please note that even if you delete the default images, you can restore them at any time. You can also create multiple albums with different themes and ask your users to choose which themed album they want before taking a photo. For this, having more than one album is sufficient.
Now, I will click the Add New Gallery button to create a new album.
I enter the album name and then switch from the Default Gallery to the newly created gallery using the panel on the right side.
I click the Add Image button and bulk-select the album I downloaded from the ActivationKing website to add it to the software.
I wait for the images to finish uploading. The small preview images shown at the top indicate that the upload is in progress. Once all images are uploaded, I click the Start the Event button to launch the event.
Start the Event
You can customize this screen in the software as you wish. Then, I click the Photo button.
I select the photo I want to use. After selecting the photo, the photo capture process will begin.
After the photo is taken, if the person does not like the result or if an unwanted photo is captured, you can retake the photo by clicking the Shoot Again button. Once the photo capture is complete, click the Continue button.
Your photo will be ready in a short time. You can share it with your guests via Email, Print, or by scanning a QR code. If you want to perform additional FaceSwap processes using the same photo, click the Use Again button to reuse it. Click the Done button to return to the main screen and get ready for the next guest.

The face should be facing the camera
Slight angles are acceptable, but profile shots should be avoided

Subjects may stand shoulder to shoulder, but faces must remain separated
Face Swap Templates Featuring Adults & Children – Age Detection Warning
AI does not determine a person’s age with certainty. Instead, it performs a probabilistic age estimation based on facial proportions, skin texture, facial expressions, the face’s size within the frame, distance from the camera, and visual dominance within a group. Round facial features, larger eye ratios, and smooth skin may be perceived as younger, while more defined features and wrinkles may appear more mature. Faces closer to the camera may be interpreted as larger and prioritized, while clothing, accessories, and expressions can indirectly influence age perception. For this reason, in face swap templates that include both adults and children, AI may be misled and partially incorrect age or face matching may occur.
